This chapter discusses best practices for managing and maintaining a business continuity and disaster recovery plan. It discusses the importance of change management in keeping the plan up to date and provides suggestions on managing change related to BC/DR plans. It provides steps to audit the BC/DR plan and suggestions on how to add operational processes to assist in keeping the plan current.
