Step 3: Envision Scenarios and Risks
Rather than coming up with only one single solution right away, experience has led us to believe that it will be much more effective for the organization’s buy-in if some high-level scenarios (options) can be proposed for the management and leadership team to look at first.
In addition to the psychological buy-in, this will allow top management and key leaders to provide their feedback, which will give the chosen solution a better chance to be successful.
