Although he’s been a farmer most of his life, Oliver Douglas is ready to retire and believes the best use of his property is to develop it. Green Hills College, a rapidly growing private college, is right next door. In fact, they share a property line. Many of their students live on campus in dorms, but their growing enrollment has pushed a large percentage of the students off campus. Oliver has made contacts in the county zoning office and has been assured that they are willing to rezone his property for student housing, given the importance of the college to the local economy.
