Having worked with thousands of business leaders, managers and teams over the years (from world-famous companies like Aston Martin, British Airways, HSBC and Rolls-Royce to many public sector organisations and small start-ups, too) I’ve come to discover how virtually all of us can have Genius moments in the workplace from time to time.
