Most people shall agree with the importance of integrity in organizations. Integrity is essential for organizations because stakeholders delegate them with the duty of ensuring that organizations are held accountable for their actions. Organizations with integrity in its individuals or atmosphere are commonly believed to be inclined to desired outcomes and avoiding risk. Individuals with high integrity are likely to be honest and reliable.
