I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

While this book is not intended to be an implementation manual for all things BI, it would be incomplete as a guide book if we did not consider how business information consumers, BI managers, and developers team to articulate the long-term vision, a strategy for achieving that vision, and the practical tactics to be taken to implement that strategy. There are certainly good texts that guide the development of a BI roadmap. One that is particularly useful (and has guided the development of this chapter) is by Larissa Moss and Shaku Atre, titled Business Intelligence Roadmap.
