The topic of justifying Business Intelligence solutions is the most difficult to address because I have found few articles or tidbits regarding sensible ways to address and measure ROI for BI. Numerous formulae and justification-based articles are available. The problem lies in the many gray areas of BI solutions. They are very difficult to quantify, let alone justify. I am going to offer some suggestions, but the real work is up to you.
