14.1  FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION

Financial administration has many aspects, three of which will interest us in this chapter: financial plan, budget, and cash management. The financial plan is developed as a crucial question confronting every enterprise: From where will come the money for going from “here” to “there?” Any business operation requires financial means, not only the human resources intended to see it through (see also Chapter 16 on financial planning and control).
