You may be asking why a chapter on selling your business is included in a business models book. If you’re running a public company, feel free to skip this chapter. Capital markets provide public companies a ready-made exit strategy that smaller businesses can’t access. I’m assuming that most people reading this book own or will be creating a mid-sized or small business.
