BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT SUITES (BPMS) are software products that evolved in the past few years. In essence, they combine features previously found in (1) workflow and document management tools, in (2) enterprise application integration (EAI) tools, and in (3) business process modeling tools and well as (4) new technologies derived from the Internet.
