THIS BOOK WAS WRITTEN to provide managers and Six Sigma and BPM practitioners with an introduction to the concepts and techniques needed for business process change and to provide them an overview of some of the options they will have when they undertake business process change. In keeping with this goal, we have considered a wide variety of different business process topics. Complete books have been written on several of the topics we treat in a single chapter.
