Recommendation Reports
Often, a recommendation report is commissioned by a business owner or manager. A consultant who has expertise in the area concerned (design, development, investment, and so on) examines the situation and recommends the best course of action. Whether the report is commissioned or assigned internally, it’s important to maintain impartiality. The person paying the consultant may be biased toward a particular decision. But your report should always take an objective and realistic view and not be swayed by office politics or other issues.
