Feasibility Studies
When the goal is to obtain funding or prepare a plan of action, a feasibility study will be written. Feasibility studies are especially important when the goal is costly or complicated: Conducting the study tells management if the project is worthwhile, and provides some justification of the expense and effort. In some ways it is a research report. Your potential donor or supervisor will want to know that you’ve defined a need, evaluated various ways of meeting that need, and suggested the best alternative for their approval.
