Liability Reports
Of all the examples in this book, the liability report can have the most extreme significance for a business because it can involve legal actions and possible financial settlements or fines. Those who might be called upon to prepare a liability report include:
âºProduction or traffic managers.
âºDrivers or operators.
âºInspectors before the accident.
âºInspectors after the accident.
It is a serious matter when equipment is damaged or destroyed. The prospect of litigation is frightening. But nothing is more important than preserving the health and welfare of workers. Liability reports must be complete, clear, and true.
