Appraisal Reports
Appraisal reports are often use to assess the value of a property prior to refinancing or sale. But they can also be used to assess the value of an employee as well. Many companies develop and use standard appraisal reports to determine if staff should receive raises or promotions, or if they should be demoted or released. Having a standard appraisal format gives everyone in the organization a uniform basis of comparison. It ensures that judgments are not based on opinion or prejudice but on facts. In addition, appraisal of an employeeâs accomplishments and achievements can provide motivation for that person to be even more productive.
