Needs Assessment Reports
As its name implies, a needs assessment describes the things a business needs in order to be more productive, efficient, or successful. One of the most common types of needs assessments is a human resources (HR) document. It determines whether or not training will help staff operate more productively. There are three distinct but interrelated reasons to write a needs assessment report:
âºTo improve performance.
âºTo boost staff knowledge and competency.
âºTo learn new technologies or processes.
