Analyzing Business Research Data

In this chapter, we discuss how to analyze research data once it is collected for a project. Following up on the scenario in Case 1.1, where you own and manage Our Grocery Store, you collected data from many customers about their anticipated needs. You are confident that you have collected adequate data in a form that will be easily analyzed. You believe that the questions you asked were the right questions and that you received truthful answers from the people who responded.
