Introduction

Sustainable development requires transformation. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can only be realised if we radically change the way we produce and consume globally (Setó-Pamies and Papaoikonomou, 2020; World Business Council for Sustainable Development [WBCSD], 2021).
