Chapter 5 Commissioning
Now that you know what you’re building and have agreed a price, you’re now ready to enter into an agreement to do the actual work. This chapter represents the end of the first part of the book where you’re deciding what to buy and who to buy it from – in the next chapter we start the second part of the book where we look at how to manage the successful delivery of the project.
