The following typographical conventions are used in this book:
- Italic
Indicates new terms, URLs, and email addresses.
Constant width
Indicates code examples and excerpts, commands, options, variables, attributes, functions, types, classes, namespaces, methods, properties, parameters, values, objects, events, and XML tags.
Constant width bold
Used for emphasis or highlighting in code examples.
Constant width italic
Shows text that should be replaced with user-supplied values.
Tip
This icon signifies a tip, suggestion, or general note.
Warning
This icon indicates a warning or caution.
