[   CONCLUSION   ]

Through our work with senior executives in both large global companies and rapidly growing smaller ones, we have been encouraged to hear many of them talk about their aspirations to implement a robust approach to workforce analytics. They articulate a sense of urgency around the need for a new approach and the value of having deeper insights into their human capital. What we have tried to do in this book is to inspire senior executives to move from aspirations to action by providing both a framework and methods to achieve their goals.
