Abstract
This chapter presents a review and an overview of the concepts that are the basis of this book. It reviewed how Kahneman's research on how cognitive bias corrupts decisions, along with evidence that predictive models can more problems not only because of this cognitive bias but also because they are determined by the accidents of data samples. Final closing remarks were made about how RELR is really designed to overcome these dual problems in cognitive bias and data error and bias in predictive modeling to ensure better data-driven inputs to decisions.
