Capture One Pro lets you decide how to manage your image archives: within Capture One or using a separate database—or perhaps using a traditional folder structure. 4.1Catalog, Session, or Both?
Catalogs and sessions are the primary methods of file organization offered by Capture One. You can combine the two within certain limits, but it usually makes more sense to use one or the other.
