Picking Winners

Now we know how to find opportunities, but they are not all worth pursuing. Some will be crazy ideas that are extremely unlikely to happen, or wishful thinking dreams that belong in the realms of fantasy. We need to look through the opportunities we’ve identified and pick out the best ones—opportunities that we can chase and capture, turning them into tangible savings or benefits to help us achieve our project goals.
