Identifying Risk-Related Lessons

We might be forgiven for thinking that the risk process has come to an end. The previous chapter describes how to use risk reviews to keep our understanding of the risk exposure of our project up to date. We can just repeat those risk reviews throughout the lifetime of our project, and when the project ends, the risk process ends. Well, not quite. There’s one more element of managing risk which we need to do, both throughout the project and at its end. We need to identify risk-related lessons.
