Jake Jackson, or “SGT Jackson” as he had been more commonly addressed over the last few years, was excited to begin working for his first civilian employer, Magante Solutions. Jake was hired to serve as the company’s newest Sales Solutions Specialist. Despite having previously been a “specialist” in the Army, the new title included vastly different responsibilities than he had ever been tasked with completing. Still, Jake was excited to have an office all to himself. In the past, the ‘office’ meant training in the field. In fact, this was the first time Jake had ever had his own private space to put his stuff!
