Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) is an enterprise-grade voice messaging solution that provides multiple interfaces for end users to manage their voice mails via Telephony User Interface (TUI), user GUI, and Cisco Unity ViewMail for Outlook (VMO). From an administrative point of view, interfaces range from CUC inbox to single inbox to IMAP integrations. CUC is a highly scalable and redundant solution that is ideal for any midsized to large enterprise environment.
