ISDN Cause Values
Now that you have the class and value of the cause value (in hexadecimal, of course), you need a way to decode this to help you further isolate your problem. Table C-3 describes these values, referred to as the cause information element. If you are using the debug isdn q931 command to obtain your output, drop the highest bit of the cause value (for example, 0x90 becomes 0x10) before consulting this table. (The notes referred to in the Diagnostics column appear after the table.)
