2.1. OSPF (7 points)

  1. Configure OSPF as shown in Figure 2-3.

  2. Configure strong authentication for all areas.

  3. Configure R1-R6 and Loopback1 on R6 in Area0. All routers should see this loopback.

  4. Configure R1-R2-R3 in Area10.

  5. Configure R2-R3-R8 in Area20. Add Loopback1 on R8 in Area20.

  6. This is already configured as of point 15.

  7. Configure OSPF redundancy and high availability for Area10 such that R1 has connectivity to R8 in the event of failure of R2 or R3. R1 should form adjacency to one router only in Area10 at any given time (such as R2 or R3), as the other router is supposed to be Standby.
