The Cisco Wireless Control System (WCS) is sometimes underestimated and classified as a monitoring interface, to manage controllers through the same software. However, WCS is a powerful tool to assign access rights to administrator and lobby ambassador users for managing guest networks, to push at once common configuration settings to a large number of devices, and to classify and control security events in the wireless networks across different campuses.
