This chapter covers the following exam topics:
2.0 Routing Technologies
2.5 Configure, verify, and troubleshoot single area and multiarea OSPFv3 for IPv6 (excluding authentication, filtering, manual summarization, redistribution, stub, virtual-link, and LSAs)
When IPv6 was defined back in the 1990s, Open Shortest Path First Version 2 (OSPFv2) was a popular routing protocol for IPv4 networks. IPv6 needed routing protocols.
