There is a great deal to be learned in troubleshooting CUCM, in general. There are so many pieces that must properly align to build a stable and robust Unified Communications solution. The best advice that can be given in a particular situation is to use the troubleshooting methodology provided in both the CCNP Voice Certification Guide and this lab manual. As you get more practice at implementing and troubleshooting the things that commonly go awry, you will begin to get a sense of where certain types of problems can and cannot arise.
