Troubleshooting Clients from the Controller

As a wireless client probes and attempts to associate with an AP, it is essentially communicating with the controller. You can access a wealth of troubleshooting information from the controller, as long as you know the client’s MAC address.

You can view a client’s current status by navigating to Monitor > Clients. The controller will display every client that is associated to any of its APs. To find a specific client in the long list of clients, click the Change Filter link.
