Although not called out directly in the first version of the CCNP exam blueprint, 802.11ax is at the heart of Wi-Fi innovations for the first half of the 2020 decade. If you work in Wi-Fi, having some knowledge of the protocol and of what it changes will go a long way in helping you assess why Wi-Fi 6 deeply changes Wi-Fi.
