Virtual Links: This section examines how engineers can use virtual links to connect separate parts of an area through another area to maintain the requirement that OSPF areas be contiguous.
OSPF over Frame Relay: This section examines the issues related to multipoint Frame Relay designs and configurations, in particular issues related to neighbor discovery or definition, whether the routers use a DR, and issues related to Frame Relay mapping.
