Cisco Easy VPN Server Overview
This section provides an overview of the Cisco Easy VPN Server features of Cisco IOS Release 12.2(8)T.
The Cisco IOS Release 12.2(8)T Easy VPN Server introduces server support for Cisco VPN Client release 3.x software clients and supported hardware clients. It allows remote end users to communicate using IPSec with supported Cisco IOS 12.2(8)T VPN gateways. Centrally managed IPSec policies are pushed to the clients by the server, minimizing configuration by the end users.
