Transmission Media
Abstract
Once the image has been captured by a lens and a camera and then converted into an electrical signal, it is further taken to a switcher, a decoder, a recording device or a monitor display. In order for the video signal, audio and control data to get from point A to point B, it has to go through some kind of transmission medium. This applies to both, analog and digital signals.
