Abstract
Today's world is, without any doubt, the world of Information Technology, or, as many would refer to it, the IT world. In CCTV, we are usually looking for visual information about an event, an intruder, or a procedure, such as who entered the building before it caught fire, or what is the procedure during the heart surgery, or what is the license plate of a car involved in a collision.
