Follow your feelings

One very simple principle has generally worked for me, so might for you. Listen a bit more to your feelings, what moves you right now, what has made you angry or upset recently. Feelings are a way to our purpose.

Here are some feelings you might be having:

  1. 1I’m not sure what I want, I feel a bit lost
  2. 2It’s personal stuff I want to change
  3. 3It’s work-based change
  4. 4It’s change in my family or community
  5. 5There’s a social or environmental issue I care about and want to change
  6. 6There’s lots of issues I care about and want to change
