How to be a change activist leader (and build trust)
If we are to have boardrooms adequately meeting the clamour of public opinion for more positive change, for action on climate and social justice, we’re going to need a new model of senior leadership, aren’t we? The gentle (often white male) traditional model might be perfect. I really believe in diversity and inclusion, so that does include every talented person. But it might not.
The new change activist leader might have different skills. She is much more likely to be a cheerleader, a communicator, coach, broker, bringing talent to light, caring about the big picture.
