It took some thought to respond to this questionnaire. Let’s see what it may say that can guide you for more success in the future:

Do three things:

  1. Develop an “old belief” “new belief” profile.
  2. Find your “ally beliefs and practices”—the beliefs and practices that are part of the “new belief” system, and the beliefs and practices that may be hurting your ability to adapt and grow.
  3. Decide what all this means for your future.
