7 INTERFACES AND DEPENDENCIES

As is to be expected from such a pivotal role, the interfaces and dependencies for the change manager are many and varied.

The change manager will liaise with other roles in the organisation that are involved in the development and implementation of technical changes, including IT, business, customer and supplier representatives, limited only by the scope of technology deployment for which the change manager is responsible.
