How Do I Measure Success?

Defining how success will be measured is critical at the start of your project. These metrics will measure how your change project is performing, along with you as a leader.

Leaders will have their own views about appropriate measures of success. Like other aspects of the project plan, it is best to provide them with a recommendation of what you think is best for the project. By doing so you narrow the conversation to the few you believe are the best choices for your deliverables.
