In the first part of this book we looked at what exactly CBT is, how it works, and how it approaches your problems. The aim of CBT is to help you think, behave and feel more positively by helping you face the very fears or problems that you might want to escape from or avoid. As we have already seen, this can be done quite systematically and regularly and great results can be achieved relatively quickly.
