I. Approach
The overall approach to the concept of Right to Work has essentially to be that of creating conditions for the people to find productive work in the process of development. For, the only sustainable approach for fulfilling the right is to tackle the problem of unemployment and under-employment, rural and urban, through a full employment strategy of planned development that generates maximum self and wage-employment opportunities.
