China’s technology transfer activities in Northeast Asia mimic its behavior elsewhere in the world, as chronicled in this book’s preceding chapters. The same pattern of state initiatives and diaspora support used in its dealings with the United States and Europe are evidenced in its approach to Japan and South Korea.
