Disciplined Success
Some people have called Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) “complicated” because it focuses on helping you to choose a fit-for-purpose way of working (WoW), rather than simply telling you a small collection of “best practices” that you need to follow. This is unfortunate, as the inconvenient truth is that effective delivery of IT solutions has never been simple and never will be. The Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit simply holds up a mirror to the inherent complexity that we face as professionals in enterprise-class settings, and gives you the tools to navigate that complexity.
