Presentations have come a long way in the past 40 years. You might recall that family picture night used to involve a slide projector with 50+ pictures loaded into a circular carousel that Mom or Dad would click through while the kids and neighbors sat in misery. Then there was the overhead projector with transparencies. Now people use interactive presentations that involve text, images, audio, and video. There are several presentation creation applications available today, and you can probably guess the gold standard in corporate America: Microsoft PowerPoint.
