Animation Basics
Animation in CINEMA 4D is a cinch. As you will see in this chapter, as well as throughout the book, there are many ways to animate in C4D. Keyframes can be set to countless combinations of parameters to generate incredibly complex animated sequences. In this chapter we’ll focus on the timeline, keyframe animation and F-Curves. We’ll delve deeper using the Animation Menu, including its powerful Motion Layer system.
