An Overview of the DMAIC Framework

The process improvement framework of Six Sigma is called DMAIC (pronounced duh-may-ick) and is an acronym for define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. The DMAIC framework is a very simple yet effective roadmap to moving an organization or department within a company to higher levels of performance.
